Agile Factory

The Persistent Storage table has been extended with additional columns ("Reclaim Policy" and "StorageClasses deprecated").

  • Currently, all Reclaim Policies are set to "Retain". However, the table has been prepared for when we provide different StorageClass Reclaim Policies in the future.
  • For simplification, we have shortened the name of the StorageClass. The deprecated StorageClasses will only be defined in existing clusters. For all new orders, the new name will be used.

The new table is available at the following link. (see Service Catalog Agile Factory - Persistent Storage)

Managed OS Protection - EDR

The Managed OS Service has been revised in the Service Catalog and described in more detail accordingly. Additionally, the Protection Service element has been extended with EDR (see System Management Services - Managed OS)

Ransomware Protection on File Storage

Ransomware protection is now available at the File Storage level in the Rhodium SLA. Using this option, you can select AI-based anomaly detection and pattern recognition with emergency snapshot generation. (see Storage Services - Ransomware Protection)

The scope of functions also includes options such as

  • Configurable user lockout
  • Differential recovery
  • Additional analysis options

Additionally, individual patterns and response policies can be defined. Honeypot configuration is also available.

Contact Management

With the "Contact Management" feature, you can now create your own contacts that can be stored as the owner of a resource. Details on this feature can be found in our news entry.
