This document describes announcements and discontinuations in the scope of ix.Cloud features.

Announcements​

This section describes changes to existing features as well as introductions of new functions and services that were introduced in the scope of this release.

Container Registry​

When creating a project in the Container Registry, the portal now automatically generates and displays the commands needed to push artifacts to the respective project. The commands are generated for the following container technologies:

  • Docker
  • Podman
  • Helm
  • CNAB (Cloud Native Application Bundle)

Time Series Database Extended Metrics Retention​

Metrics collected by the Monitoring Agent are now retained in the Time Series Database for 13 months instead of 30 days as before. (see Service Catalog Metrics Monitoring - Time Series Database)

Discontinuations​

This section lists functions and services that are being removed from the scope of features with this release.

For discontinuations, migration can be supported by Inventx by means of a Change Request.

Discontinued API Endpoint​

The following API endpoint will be discontinued as of 25.01:

  • GET: /services/metadata/v1/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/mandatoryCustomProperties

The endpoint is being replaced by:

  • GET: /services/metadata/v2/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/mandatoryCustomProperties
